This 1-day class will offer hands-on training on how to play the Singing Bowls, and you will dive into the healing vibrations of Singing bowls, plus protocols on how to incorporate them into your healing modalities. Over the day, you will learn in a learning environment with talks, demonstrations, and hands-on practice with the bowls. You will learn how to offer vibrational healing sessions effectively for the benefits of stress reduction, deep relaxation, and facilitating the release of blocked energy from stress and physical or emotional trauma. Sound healing can relieve headaches, fatigue, insomnia, digestive disorders, and joint or muscle aches. Students will receive and perform procedures designed to help them learn and perform in real situations with individual clients and in groups. You will also learn advanced techniques to integrate into an existing therapy or healing practice. Students will also be introduced to variations of bowls, chimes, and other instruments.
