Relaxation Therapy

Relaxation therapy balances the blood, circulation, and produces a relaxation response.

Chakra Balancing
This therapy opens the third eye or 6th Chakra, promoting an understanding of the inner vision. Once the third eye is open, negative energy gradually dissipated, grounding you from negative influences both internally and externally. Therefore, the chakras are equalized and balanced. This therapy has been found to help with hight blood pressure, depression, stress, and insomnia.
Chakra Clearing

This technique is for clearing five of the seven internal energy centers or Chakras. The root, sacral, solar plexus, heart and throat. With the use of five bowl on the back, using the bowls a vibrational support for each other to clear the circulation of energy.

Stress and Depression Therapy

This is a therapy for removing stress, giving peace, and reliving depression. This treatment can serve as a single stand alone healing session.

Sound Bath

In general, you can be restored to balance by a sound massage; old patterns are broken up. The true Self can emerge in form of a well-disciplined intelligence so that old wounds have a chance to heal.

Chakras

Chakras are energy centers located along the center of the body. Many people use the bowls for chakra and energy healing. We use the traditional Chakra method when determining the corresponding Chakra for each bowl buy using the dominant note in each bowl.

Below is a list of the traditional Chakra system.

The Crown chakra or Head chakra is positioned at the top of the head. It is associated with cosmic awareness, highest spirituality, and complete integration with Source. Violet is the color of the crown chakra and the musical note is B.

The Third Eye chakra is located in the center of the forehead. This chakra is also called the Ajna center. It is associated with intuition, understanding, visualization, and inner vision. Dark Indigo Blue is the color of the third eye chakra and the musical note is A.

The Throat chakra is positioned in the base of throat. It is associated with communication, expression and speaking one’s truth. Azure Blue is the color of the throat chakra and the musical note is G.

The Heart chakra is positioned in the center of the chest, usually shown to be even with the nipple line. The heart is associated with compassion, friendship, empathy and the ability to give and receive love. Green is the color of the heart chakra and the musical note is F. Sometimes the heart chakra is shown as pink, especially in relation to sending love out from the heart.

The Solar Plexus chakra or Third chakra is located midway between the end of the breastbone and the navel. It is associated with issues of personal power, emotions (especially blocked emotions), passion for living, and the ability to protect oneself from being the target of negative or aggressive emotions. Yellow is the color of the solar plexus chakra and the musical note is E.

The Sacral chakra, also called the Second chakra or the Sexual chakra, is positioned in the area between the navel and the pubic bone. Depending on which sources you read, it can be shown to be centered on the navel itself or to be aligned with the sexual organs – ovaries in women and testes in men. It is associated with creativity, sexuality, relationship, and reproduction. Orange. is the color of the sacral or second chakra and the musical note is D.

The Root chakra, also called the First or Base chakra, is located at the base of the spine. It is associated with issues of survival, drive, ambition, grounding one’s energy in the physical dimension, your life forces, and balancing experiences that create “fight or flight”. Red is the color of the root chakra and the musical note is C.

I've been with Everitt for 7 years. I tell people I would not be walking if it weren't for his Chair Yoga classes. They keep me limber, mobile and out of pain. I have been hit by a truck twice and have had multiple surgeries to put my body back together. In addition, I an a Cancer survivor. Any one of these challenges would be enough to send me to Everitt for healing, but when you add arthritis to the mix, well, I just knew I had to do something.

Sometimes it is a challenge to just get to class but it is always healing. And lately I have added a Sound Healing session to the mix. My orthopedic surgeon is extremely impressed with my progress. He said that someone who has had a reverse shoulder replacement usually can't do some of the things I can do. I credit Everitt with this.

Due to nerve damage, I had to have neck surgery and have been in recovery for over a year. I find that sound therapy stimulates my nerves and gives me a sense of peace and calm while energizing me. I love my sessions with Everitt. He's an expert with his bowls and gongs and his energy is so positive and loving. Very healing.

I met Everitt at his restorative yoga class. I loved how he incorporated bowls and gong in his classes so I took it a step further and get regular sound healing sessions. Everitt's sessions are an hour of deep relaxation and calming for the body and mind. My energy shifts in ways I can't predict and I leave feeling lighter and brighter in spirit. It's unlike any other modality I've tried for healing. I highly recommend Everitt's sound therapy!

I'd like to write a heartfelt recommendation for the sound healing work of my friend and yoga teacher/healing bowls master extraordinaire, Everitt Allen. I had a session with him last week and it was relaxing, inspiring and deeply resonant. It's obvious that Everitt has a great connection with this work and with his clients and is able to taylor each session for that particular client's needs and their current level of development. He has created a beautiful space for his work and I could feel myself relaxing just walking into the room. As a musician, I seek out anything that connects me to sound current and I always appreciate practices that quiet my very active mind, even for a little while. This definitely does that. If you want to feel calm, balanced and in touch with yourself, definitely go see Everitt!

Please take value in the fact that I am an ALS patient with no ability to walk, and very limited mobility in my upper body. I have been practicing yoga since before I was diagnosed, over 2 years now. I have experienced incredible results. However, I am astonished by the innovation that Everitt provides. The session we had together had a spectacular effect on me. I was moved. I felt deeply and profoundly present without any regard for past or future.

I love:
Comfort of own home and chosen time. No drive time. Ability to just go to sleep after. Private session. No outside disturbances such as people coming in late, snoring, etc. No COVID risk

Dialing in Zoom is easy. I prefer that to wi-fi as it seems to be a more stable connection. Using earbuds (I have nice ones makes a difference) and works well for me.

Everitt has the microphones set up to carry most of the sound very well. I find the flute carries particularly well. I wondered how it would be without feeling the vibrations as I did in person, but it has been wonderful and I feel restored after each session.
