This 2-day (4 hours each session) workshop is ideally suited for therapists, health care professionals, healers, and anyone wanting to explore the power of sounds for healing, mindfulness and transformation.
If you want to learn how to work with Tibetan (Himalayan) Singing Bowls to help yourself and others, then this course is right for you!

This Level 1 course qualifies you to work with your family and friends. When you’ve completed this course, you will be able to progress with our Level 2 Practitioner course. You’ll then be fully qualified to work with the general public.

You don’t need any prior experience of working with sounds or music or any other healing modality to join this workshop.

What’s covered on the workshop?

This 2-part series will offer you hands-on training in how to play the singing bowls plus protocols on how to incorporate them into your healing modality. Over the course of Saturday and Sunday sessions, learn how to effectively offer vibrational healing sessions for the following benefits: stress reduction, deep relaxation, facilitating release of blocked energy from stress, physical or emotional trauma. Sound healing can also offer relief from headache, fatigue, insomnia, digestive disorders, joint or muscle aches.
Bowls will be provided for use and sale.

Level 1

This is a Hands-on course in how to play Himalayan Singing Bowls for sound & vibrational healing. it includes an introduction to the history and lineage of the sacred Singing Bowls and how they’re made, plus an exploration of the different bowls available and techniques for rubbing, striking and playing bowls and Tingsha. This class is also designed for healing practitioners and those wishing to learn how to facilitate treatments with the use of a massage table.


Learn the use of bowl placement and the importance of sound intervals as well as how to effectively use one, two and three bowls based on a bowl’s unique tone and positioning. This session will discuss the importance of intention, discussion on setting up the healing environment, and how to conduct a session with a client.
