Bowls and gongs are portals to other places. They are the most totally complex instrument and creates sounds that are a sensation that can both be felt in the body and heard by the ear. It transforms our emotions, connects us to something beyond ourselves. Also, it embodies creative energies, and can bring us back to center to a state of harmony with our purpose.
