Now available as private online Zoom sound sessions. In person sessions held in downtown Bellingham, currently only scheduled on Thursdays and current COVID-19 guideline requires a mask. After purchase, you will be contacted to schedule your choice of online or in person session.
Sound Therapy can be an incredibly relaxing experience. It is recommended you wear loose comfortable clothing. You may go into a deep state of relaxation where you can release and let go of stress, tension, anger, and pain that your body may be holding. There will be a short period at the end of the session to deeply relax and heal.
