This is a Hands-on course in how to play Himalayan Singing Bowls for sound & vibrational healing. It includes an introduction to the history and lineage of the sacred Singing Bowls and how they’re made, plus an exploration of the different bowls available, techniques for rubbing, tapping, playing bowls and Tingsha. You will learn how to effectively use one, two or three bowls based on a bowl’s unique tone and positioning. This class is also designed for healing practitioners, body workers and massage therapist and those wishing to learn how to incorporate healing bowls in there practice. Bowls will be furnished for use during the class and available for purchase.
